"ULTRA" METAL-FREE ANTI-SIZE COMPOUND: This compound is a suspension of non-metallic microparticles boasting a high surface strenght plus special EP additives able to withstand temperatures of up to 1800 °C. high pressures, chemicals and moisture. It lubrificates, protects and allows easy assembly and disassembly of metal parts even if they are subject to heavy loads. With this compound the clamping of static couplings is greatly intensified thus avoiding self-welding of the parts.

Particularly suitable to eliminate corrosion damages and leaks on tanks, repairs on pipes, castings, cases and machine part, to make models and forms, tools and holding devices. It can be succesfully used on all kind of metal, including stainless steel thanks to the high dielectrical strenght which do not allow any kind of corrosion or pitting.

Realized with extra-fine powder of pure aluminum and special resin, it penetrates into smallest tolerances and holes, and after curing, it becomes strictly part of the material.

It is formulated with high quality of ceramic steel grains mixed with extremely chemical resistant special resin. It can be used to rebuild damaged parts or to make a wear resistant surface. Properly mixed with the special Sealtek Flex-Y, polyurethane hardner, it provides a flexible structure which is able to absorbe shocks and vibrations with outstanding performances.

CE-L: Liquid ceramic steel compound for repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to strong erosion, corrosion and abrasion. It is formulated with extremely chemical resistant special resin. It can be used to rebuild damaged parts or to make a wear resistant surface. Properly mixed with the special Sealtek FLEX-Y, polyurethane hardner, it provides a flexible surface which outperforms the original overlay or material itself. It can easily be applied by brush, roller or trowel.

CE-SR: Brushable protection to seal against heavy wear and abrasion (pitting and corroding) such as in pump casing, slide bearing, funnels, pouring gates, pipes etc. For repairing and rebuilding of worn areas as on casting, valves or fan blades. Used also for models in foundry and copy-milling, for casting moulds, making jigs and fixtures. Ceramic high hardness (zirconium oxide) filled resin compound, extreme wear and abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical strenght, brushable liquid consistency, reduced cure time.

FAST: Steel filled compound for quick repair of all metal surfaces. His curing time, extremely short, allows to be used for fast maintenance operations on leaky pipes, cases, gear boxes. Reliable tool of all mechanical shops, due to the fast curing time it has lower phisical and chemical properties and it should be coated and reinforced with other Sealtek metal compounds.

QPC: Quartz reinforced compound realized for resurfacing and rebuilding small or big areas on concrete surface. It is formulated as replacement for special chemical resistant overlayments or effective reconstruction of destructed concrete parts. When totally cured it provides a new surface with excellent chemical and phisical resistance. It can be used with extremely good results for underpouring machines and foundations. Made of blend of special quartz grains pre-washed and a special resin obtained from epychloridrine moisture insensitive.

E-KIT: putty is an easily appliable cold-setting, two components compound based on mineral-filled resin used for bonding, filling, fastening and sealing. After cured, it provides a metal-like tough durable material which is dimensionally stable and resistant to chemical attack. The cured putty can be machined mechanically and painted without pre-traitment. It is temperature resistant up to + 200 °C and has a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to the values of steel. It also provides excellent compressive strenght of 80 N/mm2 and tensile strenght of 30 N/mm2.
