PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
In accordance with the Slovenian law about constructing buildings, valid from the year 2002 and according to project and technical regulations you will need next documentations if you want to construct buildings in Slovenia (you can find details about this law in the Official gazette of Slovenian Republic number 110/02 and about project and technical regulations in the Official gazette of Slovenian Republic number 66/04) :
SCHEME IDEA:
Before starting a project there has to be a discussion with the investor about the looks of the building, what agreements you will need to build the kind of building you want. After that it is on us to put your wishes on paper.PROJECT IDEA:
In this step first basic plans of the building are made, so you can see what it will look like in nature and you can see building's influence on environment. This project will serve for gathering of agreements and will also serve as basis for making of project for getting the construction permission.PROJECT FOR GETTING THE CONSTRUCTION PERMISSION:
Part of this step is also the so called GUIDANCE MAP 0, which consists of project idea, an exact snapshot of the site, done by the geodesist and situations from which you can see the building's distance from the parcel borders and all of installations (waterworks, electricity, sewage system, telephone…). Also all of the agreements that you need for construction are added. In this step we make a complete architecture project, the construction project with static calculations, geo-mechanical research, mechanical project and electro project with all of the installations (electricity, water, air-condition, heating system,…). When this project is finished you can apply for the construction permission. And within this step we can also make a realistic 3D model of the building with the inside and outside looks for a better picturing.REALIZATION PROJECT:
This project is based on a project for getting the construction permission. It consists from construction project with all of the armature plans, all of the panelling plans and the working documentation for making of the steel and wooden parts of the building.PROJECT OF DONE WORK:
This step is for buildings that will be used for living and other activities like a hotel, a shop,… In this project all changes that were made during the construction are written.OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE PROJECT:
In this project all the instruction for maintaining the building are written.FLOOR PROPERTY PROJECT :
We make all of the project documentation and all the necessary measurements for entry of the floor property and real estate into the land register. According to the tax law about real estates this has to be done.WE ALSO OFFER SUPERVISION DURING CONSTRUCTION, FREE ADVICE ON BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND AT US YOU WILL GET A PROJECT FOR GETTING CONSTRUCTION PERMISSION FOR THE PRICE OF A TYPE PROJECT (HOUSE, STABLE, HALL…)!
