Pure graphite 97% packing, carbonium fibres reinforced. Braided with the HCDR method and under vacuum impregnated with pure graphite and corrosion inhibitor. Extremely resilient and ductile, it is particularly suitable for heavy applications on pumps and valves at high temperature and with aggressive fluids. Extremely cheap, it has excellent cost/performance ratio.

Pure graphite 98% packing made with an exclusive system with supporting Inconel* reinforced corners and the structure of flexible and resilient graphite with colloid graphite impregnation under vacuum and corrosion inhibitor. Expressly realized for steam valves on high temperature and pressure, it is particularly suitable as top and bottom ring with Style 1099 packing.

100% pure TEFLON** yarn packing, impregnated with a PTFE dispersion, high density braided to ensure a perfectly squared section. Particularly suitable for valves, gates, taps, covers, low-speed centrifugal pumps, on all chemicals even the strongest.

Revolutionary packing made with the new synthetic fiber SEALTEK PHEN-TOP, impregnated with the unique SSER system and braided with the HCDR method. This is perfect for the plants standardization since it combines excellent chemical resistance with a very good mechanical stability and high capability of heat dissipation. It doesn't stain at all therefore is suitable to be used on papermills too.

Packing in pure PTFE yarn, braided with the HCDR method, impregnated with colloidal PTFE in suspension and inert synthetic lubrificant. Designed for use on centrifugal pumps, agitators, mixers and reactors, on all chemicals with few exceptions. Permits perpheric speeds near to 8 m/sec.

High controlled density (HCDR) braided vegetable fibre packing (ramie), deeply impregnated with a large quantity of PTFE and an inert synthetic lubricant. Extremely resilient and ductile, it is particularly suitable for use in water, especially in naval applications on propeller shafts and rudderholes and in the paper industry. It does not score shafts or stain.

Special packing realized through the combination of four materials: one inside core made of particular elastic material highly resistant, the structure in aramydic yarn, the reinforcement corners made of Phen-Top SEALTEKR fibers and the full impregnation with pure colloidal PTFE. The result is a packing able to follow all shaft mouvements thanks to his exceptional resilience and flexibility. It is ideal on large size pumps, mixers and reactors. Thanks to white inside core it is non-staining.

100% KEVLAR** fibre packing, braided according to the HCDR method and hot-impregnated with PTFE and running-in lubrificant. It can be used on pumps and valves, expansion joints and pistons, on water, steam, solvents, acids, medium-weak alkali and oils; in applications with temperatures of 280 °C. Ideal for use in naval field but particularly suitable for the paper industry.

Packing made with discontinuous aramydic fibres deeply impregnated with PTFE and other special lubrificants. Ideal for pumps, valves. Expansion, joints and pistons, in the presence of water, steam, solvents, acids, weak alkali, oils, abrasive fluids, petrol by-products in general, in the paper, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries and in purification and water treatment facilities.

New packing developped for high temperature and pressure applications made with P-aramydic fibres impregnated under vacuum with SSER system using colloidal pure graphite, corrosion inhibitor and a special heat transferring agent. Extremely resilient and flexible, it is the ideal substitute of old asbestos packings in heavy duty applications such in boilers feed pumps, steam valves, gates. Extremely cheap and with excellent cost/performances ratio.

Packing in PTFE yarn with graphite in the fibre. Very high self-lubricating power, optimum chemical resistance, able to resist to very high peripheric speeds, does not harden or vitrify. It can be used on centifugal pumps, reactors, stirrers, valves, gates, taps, expansion joints and as static packing on practically all chemicals.

Entirely new packing made with the special yarn PTK 28 texturized on Sealtek's plant to let it absorbe the highest possible volume of lubrificant. Braided following the unique HCDR Sealtek system, it can be profitably used to replace the asbestos on most applications. Particulary designed to be used on papermills, it doesn't stain and it has been added with a silicon-free break-in lubrificant to help the starting period.

Special packing made using a pure graphite foil "ultragraph" twisted, braided and rolled to obtain a perfectly squared shape. This is the most advanced material for heavy duty applications on pumps and valves on high temperature and pression. It adjusts himself into the stuffing box till to build a solid ring and resists to extremely high peripheral speed, strong chemicals, abrasives.

Pure graphite packing realized with totally new technology. The structure is made from natural pure expanded graphite and it is wrapped with a multidirectional cobweb of metallic microfibers going also on the outside surface. This gives an outstanding resistance to high temperature and high pressure also in combination. It can be successfully used on steam valves, sootblowers, reciprocating pumps. Thanks to "nuclear grade, purity this packing can be perfectly used in nuclear power plants.
